Your support ensures that every scholarship recipient doesn’t just Dream about a career in construction and real estate, but is Funded and fully prepared to Build it.
Hands-On Education & Training
Recipients will gain access to practical, on-the-ground education in construction, real estate, and skilled trades. This includes:
  • Field training on active job sites with experienced mentors and contractors.
  • Exposure to the latest building techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Workshops and certification programs to prepare them for industry-recognized credentials.
Financial & Career Support Services
The foundation will remove barriers that keep talented individuals from starting their careers by providing:
  • Tuition and fee coverage for training programs and certifications.
  • Financial literacy sessions (budgeting, credit, business financing).
  • Career coaching, résumé development, and interview preparation to ensure recipients are job-ready.
Mentorship & Job Placement Opportunities
Scholarship recipients will be matched with industry mentors and provided direct pipelines to employment, including:
  • Pairing with builders, developers, and real estate professionals for one-on-one mentorship.

When I first stepped into this industry over 30 years ago, I didn’t have a roadmap. I didn’t have mentors lined up, or resources waiting for me—I simply had a dream and someone willing to give me a chance. That chance changed the trajectory of my life, and it’s the reason I’ve been able to build businesses, create opportunities, and now, pay it forward.
I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that keep brilliant, hardworking people from entering these industries. Too often, it isn’t a lack of skill or drive—it’s the weight of financial obstacles. Training costs, licensing fees, equipment, and education become gates instead of gateways. That is why this foundation exists.
